Project Title : College Automation System

Tools / Platform : The project will be in Windows-2000 platform with VB .Net

And MS-SQL SERVER

Introduction To application Area

System analysis is the process of totally understanding the current system by studying, gathering and interpreting facts diagnosing problems and using facts to improve the current system.

Modules Of The Project

This project is divided into three modules:-

• Student’s Biodata.

• Fees Details.

• Attendance Details.

• Report Module

Student’s Biodata

The Student’s Biodata Modules Contain Sub modules are: Student’s Details, Parent

Details, Guardian Details, Qualification Details and Login Details. Student’s Details we Can

enter the new Student registration. Parent Details, Guardian Details and Qualification Details

Can be enter the registration time of the Student. Login Details perform the Correct user or not. If the correct user put a permission on the project.

Fees Details

The Fees Details Modules Contain Sub modules are: Fees Entry and New Fees Details. Fees Entry enter the Fees details of Students. The New fees Details can be enter the Fees details of New Students.

Attendance Details

The Attendance Details Contain Sub modules are: Daily Attendance and Attendance View.

Daily Attendance put the Attendance of students each day. Attendance View we can see the

All Attendance of the students.

Report Modules

The Report Modules Contain Sub modules are: Student’s Biodata, Attendance Shortage List. And Fees Receipt. Student’s Biodata report contain the complete Biodata of the each students, Attendance Shortage List report show the complete attendance of the all students, Fees Receipt report show the fees paid students receipt.
